Time flies. It's already mid November. The children are all settled in and are preparing for the Christmas concert. We've done much since school opened. The children helped collect dry foods for Union Gospel Mission. They have also helped collect gifts and stationary for Operation Christmas Child. The children also participated in Shake out B.C. The all practiced the earthquake drill. See pictures on our website: cpcschools.com. The parent committee is busy with the annual fundraising campaign; selling gift cards, and entertainment books, as well as organizing for the annual children Christmas party.

There's still time to order entertainment books for $32.00. and to purchase tickets for the Christmas party. If you have anything to donate to the silent auction, please bring it to the school.

School's out
Today we had our annual graduation and promotion commnencement.
The children did a fantastic job with their songs and dances. The senior student orchestra played flawlessly. Even Mrs. Lee played perfectly.
We had a wonderful time. May God bless all the students and may He watch over and guide their futures.

Parent teacher interviews will be held on April 14, for the junior student parents and April 15, for the senior student and kindergarten parents.

Please note that the senior students will be dismissed at 11:00 on Thursday,April 14. There will not be any classes for the junior students on that day.

On April 15, there will not be any classes for the senior and kindergarten students.

Earthquake in Japan

We have all been shocked by the devastating news of the huge earthquake that struck Japan and then the tsunamis that followed. We pray for the safety of the people and for those who have not been accounted for. May they be found quickly and may the injured heal.

We at CPC Preschool have started a fundraising campaign for Japan. If you would like to make a donation, please bring your donation to school and make it payable to PWS&D. Presbyterian World Services and Development takes all donations and gives it directly to the people. We thank all those who have all ready donated towards this cause. God bless you.
